County FairsCelebrations of Rural Life
County fairs celebrate rural life and renew local communities across North Dakota every summer. The Center for Heritage Renewal recognizes the hard work and personal dedication it takes to organize these events and encourages everyone, citizens and travelers alike, to attend and support them. For explorers of the northern plains, county fairs offer the opportunity to enter into prairie culture in distilled form, with its products, people, and pursuits all gathered into one place. Not to mention the opportunity for fair food!
